Help! I'm having trouble redeeming my gift subscription.Updated a year ago

Having trouble setting up your gift subscription? Not to worry, we’re here to help. Check out our gift card troubleshooting tips below:

Gift card missing from your email inbox?
First, check the purchase receipt for the gift to confirm the email address designated to receive the gift subscription and check for typos. If everything is in order there, try checking the Promotions label of your inbox, if applicable, in addition to your email provider's Spam filter. If you are still unable to locate your gift email, reach out to our concierge team at [email protected] or 844-223-5527. We'd be happy to help you troubleshoot further or re-send your gift email. 

You’ve entered your gift code, but you see an error message that says the code is invalid.

A few things could cause this! It’s possible that the code is old enough that our system doesn’t recognize it anymore. Or, maybe that code was already redeemed. It’s also possible there was a typo when you entered the code. Before you do anything else, double-check your gift certificate and ensure you entered it correctly (a zero and the letter O can get mixed up).
